Technology Absorption / Technology Transfer (Officer /Executive )

Qualification : BE / B. Tech - Chemical Engineering

1. To prepare process flow chart, P&IDs. Carry out and study the mass and heat transfer calculations.
2. To work on capacity debottlenecking / enhancement projects for allocated products.
3. To have basic design knowledge of Distillation column, condensers, Piping & Mixing.
4. To identify areas of cost reduction and carry out all functions in cost effective manner as well as to assist plant operations for efficiency improvement program for cost reduction and productivity improvements.
5. Preparation all the maintaining the weekly & Monthly Report,
6. Working on PSD improvement activities.
7. Participate in preparation & review of all safety documents (like PSI & PHA) for the new product.
8. Follow up with cross functional team for smooth execution's for Project progress.
