Executive/Asst. Manager - FG Store (API) Only

• To handle finished goods receipt, issue and dispatch in SCM system.
• Coordination with QA, QC, Production & Engineering Team for FG store related activities i.e. dispatch planning, issuance, BPCR completion & release.
• Relabeling, Dispatch advice of Consignments as per Parties requirement of APIs through SCM.
• Preparation of e-way bill.
• Returned goods action for domestic sale and captive etc. & preparing returned goods status statement.
• To verify & review of relevant record (log book) randomly
• To check / verify vehicle before loading and after loading as per the respective SOP.
• Preparation of destruction proposals & for its action.
• Co-ordinate for various Regulatory / Customer Audits.
• To ensure proper storage of finished goods are maintained as per GMP requirement.
• Coordination with receipt and issue team for timely execution of daily planning.
• Co-ordination with Marketing, Purchase, Engineering, Production, Quality, Controls, Quality Assurance, EHS & HR department related with warehouse activity.
• To responsible for receipt, issue and dispatch of finished goods.
• Administrative management of Finished Goods Warehouse.
