Network Engineer - Infrastructure & Support (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Manage network topologies and cabling, monitor network infrastructure performance, operate and support network equipment;.

- Administration of firewall and their configuration, administration of reverse proxy and load balancer equipment services, and utilization of configuration management frameworks;.

- Administration of periodic firmware and software upgrades of network infrastructure;.

- Automate process using scripting and/or infrastructure as a code where possible, along with the implementation of infrastructure as a code, and implementation of software defined networking;

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues;

- Identify hardware, software and network problems and propose solutions, and perform regular maintenance on hardware, network, and software components;.

- Communicate effectively with end users and ICT team and take part in designing and implementing solutions for replication & disaster recovery.

Responsibilities :

- University degree, combined with professional experience of more than 10 years' experience;.

- Experience with system architecture design and service delivery;.

- Experience with Networking and Network Infrastructure;.

- Experience with setting up and managing firewall security policies;.

- Experience with Configuration Management Frameworks;.

- Experience with process improvement;.

- Experience with troubleshooting network issues;.

- Ability to write detailed technical documentation, guides, and specifications;.

- Excellent command of the English language.
