Kinaxis Solution Architect (7-10 yrs)

We have a Kinaxis Solution Architect role in the UK, with Capgemini providing sponsorship for a Skilled Worker visa and Travelling charges and accommodation reimbursement.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions such as o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2Open, etc.

- Hands-on experience leading a team through at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of supply chain planning solutions, covering business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization.

- Experience with Agile methodology for delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or has completed all the certification requirements.

- Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP), KPIs, and best practices.

- Strong experience presenting complex topics clearly and concisely.

- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data mining and handling large volumes of data.

- Ability to identify key insights and prioritize based on value and risks.

- Proficient in explaining mathematical, technical, or software concepts to non-experts.

- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams across different locations, time zones, and hierarchy levels.

- Experience leading project teams in a client-facing environment.
