Job Description
- Primary Skill (s): Lead Java Fullstack Developer
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Java Fullstack development, with strong expertise in Java Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, and Angular 17+
- Technical Skills:
- Java development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA. Understanding of MicroServices architecture and strong understanding of Angular 17+ development
- Web Technologies: Proficiency in Angular 17+, JavaScript, Typescript, and strong understanding of building responsive web design.
- Database Management: Strong experience with relational databases like SQL Server, or Oracle and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- RESTful Services: Strong experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Java, Angular, Java Spring boot, Hibernate and strong understanding of Cloud deployment (GCP Preferred)
- Ability to lead teams and manage task assignment. Ability to take ownership and also manage development, implementation deployment needs individually.
- Ability to navigate within the role as a team player as well as individual contributor
- Familiarity with additional CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Octopus Deploy or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, Typescript or Python or Bash.
- Understanding of OOPs concepts in Java

- Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java for backend development.
- Code Quality: Ensure the quality of code through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
- Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides.
