About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ETL processes to support data integration and reporting requirements. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and performance of data pipelines and SQL queries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and PL/SQL to support data integration needs.

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

- Work with AWS technologies, especially Redshift, to build scalable and reliable data pipelines.

- Ensure high performance and efficiency of the ETL processes, optimizing SQL queries for maximum performance.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with ETL jobs and data pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop ETL solutions to meet business needs.

- Perform performance tuning and query optimization for databases, particularly SQL and Redshift environments.

- Document ETL processes, data models, and technical specifications for future reference and team alignment.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience as an ETL Developer with a focus on SSIS, PL/SQL, and ETL processes.

- Strong experience with AWS Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehousing technologies.

- Expertise in SQL query performance tuning and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, database design, and data modeling.

- Familiarity with data integration best practices, data quality, and data governance principles.

- Experience with ETL automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
