Skills & Qualifications :

Certification : Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.

Technical Skills :

- Extensive knowledge of Pega PRPC, Pega Decisioning, Pega Cloud, and other Pega-related tools.

- Advanced experience with Pega application architecture, case management, business rules, and integration.

- Expertise in system integration technologies (REST/SOAP, JMS, File-based integration).

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases (SQL, DB2, etc.

- Establish Pega DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Implement Pega Security & Compliance strategies aligned with banking regulatory requirements.

- Experience with advanced performance tuning and optimization techniques for Pega applications.

Experience :

- Hands-on experience in Pega application development, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior Architect role.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex Pega implementations and managing project technical delivery.

- Provide technical mentorship, architecture reviews, and best practices coaching for the team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Pega 8.x or higher, including cloud-based implementations.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

- Experience in managing multiple Pega applications or large-scale deployments.

- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing in a Pega environment.

- Experience with advanced Pega topics, such as Decision Strategies, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or Pega Marketing.

- Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Microservices, and API Management.

- Hands-on experience in high-availability Pega deployments on AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud.
