Purpose of theJob: Responsiblefor developing Packaging options for new products / new categories. As aPackaging Expert, to give technical Inputs to brand team / design agency forArtwork Development. As part of the role, will be looking for Sustainablepackaging options for the existing and new products. Spearheading CostOptimisation in packaging
Key Accountabilities:
Packaging designing for new products and new categoryproducts
Product Specification for all new products
Vendor Identification / Audit / Approval / CostingNegotiation along with
Commercial Team
KLD finalisation for new products including dummydevelopment / transit trials
Online Artwork Management and approval - externalagency
Coordination with Vendors - development / approval /systems
Coordinating with Cross Functional Team for NewProduct Development / Launch
Skills and Competencies
Different printing technologies
Complete understanding on different packaging materials
Understanding of statutory requirements acrossdifferent states
Analytical, multitasking and good at communication
Strategic thought process
Excellent inter-personal skills to engage effectivelywith internal and external teams

PGDM in Packaging from IIP or SIES
Experience
