We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company s products and services. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in increasing brand awareness and driving website traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
SEO SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital platforms. Work with graphic designers to create compelling visuals.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media profiles, engage with followers, and implement strategies to increase brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. Analyze performance and optimize for better results.
Analytics Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Prepare and present regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product teams, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (eg, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
