Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Project Sales Head (General Manager) to lead our Luxury and Launch Sales vertical in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling large-ticket-size real estate transactions (- 2.5 Cr and above), with strong leadership skills to manage and scale a sales team of 20-25 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Drive the overall sales strategy for premium and luxury residential projects.

2) Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on launch sales and high-value inventory.

3) Build and manage channel partner networks and direct sales pipelines.

4) Drive customer engagement, relationship management, and closure of high-value deals.

5) Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights to refine sales approaches.

6) Coordinate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategy.

7) Analyze customer feedback, competitor offerings, and market trends to enhance product positioning.

8) Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and profitability.

Candidate Profile:

a) 12-20 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry, especially in the luxury or high-end residential segment.

b) Experience managing a team of 20+ sales professionals.

c) Must have successfully handled a minimum ticket size of - 2.5 crore per unit.

d) Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, especially launch phases.

e) Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
