Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineers/ Trainee Engineers to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about engineering, project execution, and learning from senior professionals in the field.
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Support senior engineers in technical tasks and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
- Conduct site inspections and provide reports on project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
Preferred candidate profile
- Foundational knowledge in project management principles
- Internship or academic project experience in a relevant field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid foundational knowledge in MIVAN, MSB and Residential projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD as applicable)
