Business Development Manager - Gold Loan

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with verticals like Liability, AHL/MHL, Ops, RFS in scaling up gold loan business.

• Branch expansion Commencing gold loan in Liability, UBR branches and making necessary
arrangement through close coordination with Infra, Ops, Marketing.

• Launching various contests

• Providing necessary marketing support to branches

• Collating information from market on gold loan i.e. competition analysis

• Working closely with product team in re-designing existing schemes and launching new schemes

• Empanelling DSAs for business generation

• Empanelling gold appraising agencies

• Lead Management / Campaign Management

• Budget Planning and analysing various reports

• Good communication & presentation skills

• Good Knowledge in MS Excel & Power point.
