Jankharia Imaging Centre is looking for Executive - Admin & HR to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for new employees.Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee skill development and career growth.Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including setting goals, evaluations, and feedback sessions.Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance, such as employment laws and regulations.Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files, including personal and professional data.
