Job Description: Company Secretary

We're looking for a qualified Company Secretary to join our team, focusing on statutory compliance, corporate governance, and legal documentation for our Electrical Panel Manufacturing & EPC Projects business.

About the Role

As our Company Secretary, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we adhere to all relevant regulations and maintain robust governance practices. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing ROC filings and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

- Organizing and documenting board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

- Reviewing and drafting contracts specific to our manufacturing and EPC projects.

- Ensuring compliance with company laws and other relevant industrial regulations.

- Maintaining all statutory records meticulously.

- Supporting licensing and regulatory matters as required.

- Assisting in various legal and governance functions, with a specific focus on the unique requirements of EPC and manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

- Company Secretary (CS) ICSI Qualified.
