Job Description
- The person should have experience in independently handling of CNC Machine set-up part and machine operation.
- He should also able to operate the CNC machine.
- He should responsible for routine maintenance of related area.
- He should able to communicate the problems related to his area of functions.
- He should have understanding knowledge of tooling, measuring instruments, dimensional inspection as per requirement, reading & writing skills.
- He should have knowledge of CNC Programme, Familiar with insert and tooling of CNC machines, coolant concentration, ID /OD machining, beveling, threading, reading & writing.
- Computer Skills SAP Knowledge will be added advantage.
- Understanding of operating procedures and work instructions
- Drift dimension, selection & identification.
- To execute work as per instructions received from concerned shift supervisor.
- Follow Work Instructions.
- To take care of concerned parameters related to work station and maintaining them as per requirements & standard.
- Person with knowledge of ISO 9001, API Spec.Q1 will be preferred.
- Preferably API, Tubing, Casing, Coupling knowledge.
