Shift Leader/Supervisor Threading production

• The person should have experience of Engineering / Manufacturing Industry with knowledge of production processes.
• He should possess good management skills to handle work force and resolve day to day problems connecting to works.
• He shall be responsible for production support and achieve production target.
• He shall be responsible for production machine tooling management.
• He will ensure that the product is kept properly and identifiable at each process stage.
• He will initiate corrective & preventive actions for eliminating product non conformity.
• He should have good communication, leadership, team building, timely delivery, problem solving skills. SAP Knowledge will be added advantage
• Ensuring functioning of concerned section to meet quality output with productivity as per laid down management system.
• Ensure processing of semi-finished or finished product with proper identification and test status within respective section.
• Accountable for monitoring and analyzing objectives data.
• Accountable for maintaining safe working condition at shop floor.
• Person with knowledge of ISO 9001, API Spec.Q1 will be preferred.
• Preferably API, Tubing, Casing, Coupling knowledge.

He should have machine handling/operating experience
