Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager - Survey - Bhilwara, Rajasthan

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conducting detailed surveys of mining, civil & plant sites using advanced surveying equipment such as Theodolities, Total Station and satellite-based DGPS & Global Positioning System.

- Monitoring and updating mine plans to reflect changes in topography, mining progress, and infrastructure development.

- Collaboration with mining engineers, geologists, and other stakeholders to support mine planning and design activities.

- Performing volumetric calculation of Pits and analysis to estimate stockpile inventories and Ore excavation on monthly basis.

- Monthly Extra Lead measurement of OB Waste and Tailings and khasra area volumetric calculations of ore body.

- Ensure Survey Technical Compliance related to Directorate General of Mines Safety, Indian Bureau of Mines and Directorate of Mines & Geology Department.

- Co-ordinate, monitor and execute different activities as per the plan with Head Geology along with cross-functional team of operations.

- Collaboration with Drone survey Consultant related to supporting documents, map/plan in dxf, kmz, kml, dtm, str formats and survey for preparation of drone data as per MCDR for submission at IBM through Drone data management portal.

- Preparations of Plan for DGMS, IBM & DMG as per MMR 1961, Circulars and as when required for permissions and routine inspections of Govt.Officials.

Involvement in survey work for Land Acquisition & possession of land, OGL survey, land area boundary survey.

- Softwares Skills- Surpac, Arc-GIS/QGis, AutoCAD, Map Source, Garmin Express, Leica Flex Office & Google Earth

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Tech- Civil/ Mining or Diploma - Civil/Mines Surveying, having minimum 5 to 10 Years of experience in conducting detailed survey of Mines and Plant sites and must have

Surveyor Certificate issued by DGMS.

Any Other Skill / Attribute:

Should have good knowledge of MMR, 1961.
