We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, expertise in graphic design tools, and proven experience in developing and executing organic strategies to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X Post, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant posting.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies.
Content Creation
Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, etc.
Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that align with the brands voice and messaging.
Lead Generation
Develop and execute organic social media strategies to generate leads and drive conversions.
Identify and engage with target audiences to build relationships and increase followers.
Utilize social media listening tools to identify potential leads and opportunities for engagement.
Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content and interaction.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and impact.
Research and Trends
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, etc.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
