State Talent Acquisition Executive

Reporting to: State Talent Acquisition Lead

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure recruitment and sourcing Talent for critical roles in timely manner.
2. Support in manning data collation, analysing Recruitment Metrics & preparation of reports
3. Connect and engage with Stake holders for recruitment gap closure.
4. Identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various channels ( IJPs , references & Lateral hiring)
5. Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
6. Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
7. Tracking key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, Manpower availability, early attrition, and candidate experience.
8. Be a subject matter expert in implementation of recruitment policies, process & procedures.

Experience Details:

1. Education : MBA in HR
2. Experience : 6 -10 years ( must have 5 years experience in Recruitment , Sourcing or Talent Acquisition)
3. Age : Below 33
4. Preferred Industry : Telecom/DTH / Consumer durables/ FMCG/ Fintech/Insurance/E-commerce
5. Location : Must be from Andhra / Telangana
6. Language : Should be expert in speaking Telugu

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Hands on experience in Recruitment & Sourcing
2. Ability to connect and influence Stakeholders during hiring process.
3. Can Multitask / Solve problems and display bias for action.
4. Adapt and deliver results in faced paced environment.
