Role Overview

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of academic excellence and industry experience to drive enrollment, partnerships, and visibility across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences
• Position the institute as a leader in skill development through innovative campaigns

Brand Management

• Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels
• Oversee content creation for brochures, websites, social media, and promotional materials
• Ensure consistent messaging and visual aesthetics

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
• Drive lead generation and conversion through digital funnels

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing with program offerings
• Foster partnerships with industry leaders, media, and community organizations
• Organize events, webinars, and outreach programs to boost visibility

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and interns
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and media services
