Key Responsibilities
a) To receive the enquiries from Marketing.
b) To understand, evaluate and classify the enquiries, based on necessity of enquiries either accept or reject.
c) Prepare estimation sheets for all accepted enquiry and obtain approval from Plant Manager.
d) On approval of estimation generate the quotes.
e) Share the quotes with marketing ensure all the quotes are prepared in receipt of enquiry.
f) Generate the MIS report.
g) Guidance to production on cost effective production.
h) Outsourcing and subcontractor pricing analysis.
i) Reviewing the impact of Estimate on costing.
j) Keeping things confidential regarding estimation throughout the company employees at any situation.
k) Maintaining cost sheets and enquiries separately for all clients.
l) Ensure the backup data always in process.
