Key Responsibilities
a) Materials & Inward checking.
b) Preparation of sample for quality checking.
c) Ensure proper maintenance for internal equipments in laboratory.
d) Regular validation process to be evaluated for all calibration equipments within stipulated time.
e) To check all incoming materials.
f) Highlight any short falls immediately to H.O.
g) To participate and involved in implementing ISO 9001 : 2000 QMS.
h) Approve the first approval process and other QC approval process.
i) To ensure and maintain cleanliness of quality control department and quality control laboratory.
Will Co-ordinate with the following departments/ positions:
a) Quality Supervisor
b) Production Manager
c) Dispatch Incharge
d) Stores Incharge
e) Production Supervisor
f) Customer & Marketing
