Role & responsibilities

Deep knowledge of Process consumable inventory and supply chain management. Ability to gather and analyze data and work with figures and able to do critical analysis.

Solid judgment along with decision-making skills.

Strong leadership capabilities and time management skills.

Supervisory and management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of TQM, ISO, and Contractor Safety guidelines.

Preparing inventory reports and Other MIS reports.

Maintain minimum inventory and timely receipt of material.

Handle all types of bulk raw materials, packing materials, engineering materials, chemicals receipts, Handle Logistics arrangements, Internal transfers and issues.

Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

Physical Stock Verification: Organize and conduct quarterly physical stock verifications to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any identified discrepancies.

Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures to optimize storage space and material handling.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements and deliveries.

Position Overview

We are seeking an inventory-oriented and proactive Sr. Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in inventory management, along with knowledge of Paper / Board Chemicals and Packing materials. This role involves managing stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring inventory control in all materials.

Qualification

B.E./B. Com/Graduate with MBA

Experience

Total 5 to 10 years of Inventory functions experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
