Business Solutions Lead

Property Asset Management:

- Property Asset Management Residential Services has become the need and integral part of of any Developer and RWA as an offering to the residents in order to maintain the property in an efficient manner.

Business Development:

- Over the last decade, we have seen steady and sustained growth , as our reputation continues to grow, we have needed to adopt a more strategic slant to our business and client development. Our Solutions Development team were set up for exactly this reason!

- Does new business light a fire in you? We, too, are just as passionate about growing our

portfolio! In this role, you will be part of a Property Asset Management team and rewarding client facing sales and business development team. You will strategically identify target clients by developing a client stakeholder mapping and pursuit strategy.

- Reporting is a key aspect in any matrix organisation. Your strategy will account for this.

- You will provide monthly management updates on all aspects of the bid process including new business numbers, quarterly forecasts, target vs actualperformance and new business pipeline tracker.

- You will have to liaise regularly with internal stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged on upcoming bid opportunities. You will have to gather the team to prepare and coordinate winning presentations including conducting internal dry runs for client workshops and discussions

Process Management:

- What level of exposure do you currently have to the bid process? With your experiences in bid management, you will instinctively take control of all aspects of the process.

- Included in this will be proposal development, bid clarifications and presentations.

Proposal Development:

- How do you develop a proposal? In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of be spoke and innovative strategies and value propositions. Building the proposal will need you to coordinate with key internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy around content and pricing by conducting site visits . Your strong proposal writing skills will be essential when having to build creative and engaging presentations.
