Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales - Telecom/Retail/Manufacturing/Consumer Durables (5-15 yrs)

Develop and maintain relationships with partners, customers and ensure seamless sales execution by state/branch team to achieve sustainable growth in business from corporate sales vertical

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain positive relationships with partners and customers

- Achieve Sales Targets while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction

- Promptly resolve customer complaints

- Ensure that partner sales teams have up to date knowledge level about brand and products

- Coordinate with State B2B Managers and ensure that B2B guidelines are followed properly

- Coordinate with internal teams at head office for required support

- Keep business vertical updated with latest information about market

Minimum Qualifications Graduation:

Specialist Qualifications / Certifications:

- Preferably MBA/PGDM

- Specific experience Enterprise sales, corporate sales, institutional sales, B2B Sales

- Overall experience 5 to 8 Years
