1. Role Purpose
To drive sales strategies in the designated geographical region for achieving revenue targets, implementing strategic initiatives, and expanding the customer base. The role involves team management, client relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize overall sales performance and support the company's growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage sales in the assigned region(s)
- Plan, propose, and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Drive revenue targets, including product mix
- Enhance market, product, and customer understanding
- Conduct competitive analysis and adapt strategies accordingly
- Leverage market data to seize strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with the product team for aligned sales strategies
- Oversee the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to billing and collection
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to guide strategic decisions
- Define and streamline region-specific sales processes
People Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team
- Develop team competencies and prepare for succession
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Oversee training initiatives in collaboration with L&D
Relationship Management
- Act as liaison between sales team and external stakeholders
- Understand and assess regional customer needs
- Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Marketing, Ops, Finance)
- Manage large client accounts and OEM relationships
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders

- Network-building skills (LinkedIn, events, etc.)
- Strong CXO and stakeholder management experience
- CRM software proficiency and report analysis
