Job Responsibilities:

- EOI/RFP/RFQ Preparation: Draft and manage EOI/RFP/RFQ documents, ensuring clear requirement gathering, implementation timelines, and accurate costing models.

- Bid Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid process, from initial drafting to final submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

- Pre-bid Meetings & Evaluation: Conduct pre-bid meetings, handle technical and financial evaluations, and assess qualification criteria.

- Contract Management: Draft, review, and validate NDAs, contracts, and agreements, ensuring alignment with project outcomes and legal standards.

Key Skills Required:

- Proficiency in drafting and managing EOI/RFP/RFQ documents.

- Strong understanding of bid management processes, timelines, and costing.

- Expertise in conducting pre-bid meetings and technical/financial evaluations.

- Experience with contract management, including NDA drafting and validation.

- Ability to focus on project outcomes while ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.

- Understanding of Marathi, Hindi language.

Preferred experience: Fisheries, Agriculture, or Allied Sectors

Education Qualifications: Experience in IT and e-Governance

Educational background: Engineering (B.E. /B. Tech / M.E /M.Tech) in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics/Telecommunication OR MCA OR MBA or any equivalent Master degree.
