Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Specialist, youll lead the charge in building and deploying state-of-the-art AI and ML models, from research to production. This hands-on role demands technical expertise, product-focused thinking, and a collaborative spirit to deliver customer-centric, real-time solutions. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and personalization at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for classification, prediction, NLP, and/or computer vision use cases.

- Data Pipelines : Build scalable data pipelines and model training frameworks in collaboration with engineering teams.

- Model Optimization : Lead model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance monitoring in production environments.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product managers and developers to align technical solutions with business objectives.

- Architecture Leadership : Contribute to AI/ML architecture decisions and establish development best practices.

- Mentorship : Conduct code reviews, mentor junior data scientists/engineers, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

- Innovation : Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest AI trends, frameworks, and research, applying them to our product stack.

- Personalization : Leverage zero-, first-, second-, and third-party data to create intelligent, real-time customer insights.

- Experimentation : Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize customer engagement and personalization strategies.

- Real-Time Insights : Build dashboards and performance tools to track personalization and model performance in real time.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields (PhD is a plus).

Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science projects.

- Proven expertise in NLP (Transformers, BERT, GPT models) or Computer Vision.

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning or open-source model deployment.

- Prior work in a startup or early-stage product environment (preferred).

- Familiarity with identity-resolution platforms like LiveRamp or Neustar (preferred).

Technical Skills :

- Programming : Python, R, SQL

- ML & Deep Learning : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, OpenCV

- Data Handling : Pandas, NumPy, Spark

- Cloud & Data Platforms : AWS (SageMaker, Redshift), GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks

- MLOps : MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Flask/FastAPI

- Data Integration & ETL Tools

- Visualization : Power BI, Tableau, or custom dashboards

- Experimentation : A/B testing, statistical modeling

- Personalization Tools : AWS Personalize, Segment, Braze (preferred)

Domain Knowledge (Plus) :

- Experience with personalization, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), or Martech tools.

- Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
