Kaivale - Human Resources Role - Payroll (8-15 yrs)

Position: HR - Payroll.

Experience: 8 to 15 years.

Location: Chennai (Kandhanchavadi).

Qualification: MBA/HR or relevant qualifications.

Notice period: Immediate up to 30 days.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Good communication (written and spoken English skills).

- The candidate should bear specialization and/or work experience on Payroll Administration and related HR Operations.

- Ensuring Payroll related Governances are in place and fully operational.

- Should be up to date on Statutory Compliances related to the Employee Payroll Process.

- Ability to understand and implement various flexi-CTC packages including flexi benefits and the like.

- Evaluate and improve process levels within HR in functions such as Payroll, Vendor Management.

This will be an important expectation of this role.

- Should be able to work on payroll processes and other related parts with a reasonably strong degree of autonomy.

- Ability to oversight manage other activities from an HR perspective for company as assigned.
