Job Opening for Proposal & Cost Estimation (Pipeline-International) with Kalpataru Projects International Ltd,Mumbai.

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal and Cost Estimator to join our team for upcoming oil & gas process plant projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in estimating and preparing proposals for oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical process plant projects. The role involves detailed cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and ensuring accurate and competitive bids.

Pipeline Estimator with a robust background in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Process Plant industries.

Requirements:
1.Qualification: BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
2.Experience:12+ years in estimation and proposal for Oil & Gas projects in in pipeline & mechanical estimation for oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive piping & mechanical cost estimates for oil & gas process plant, refinery, and petrochemical projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to develop detailed estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist in developing material, labor, and equipment cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather necessary data.
• Develop and analyze bid proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project scope.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to piping costs.
• Maintain a database of unit rates, vendor quotes, and historical data to ensure estimate accuracy.
• Support proposal preparation and participate in bid negotiations as required.
