Karur Vysya Bank - Lead - Commercial Banking Vertical (15-30 yrs)

- A leadership role in high value Commercial Banking segment managing business and compliance, nurturing business relationships, upskilling team on credit.

- Will assist the head of business in managing the entire vertical and may be evaluated for growth based on performance over time, into the Head role

- Responsible for achievement and growth of overall business of the vertical (top-line as well as bottom-line) under the following broad parameters:

- Advances target

- Net Interest Income

- Non-Interest Income

- Overall yield

- Fee to Assets

- Maintaining Asset Quality

- Liaison with various external agencies (RBI, ECGC, Govt Authorities, Credit Rating Agencies, etc.)
