US Recruiter- Public Sector Client

Develop Recruitment Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies to attract high-quality candidates for public sector roles.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and craft precise job descriptions.

Candidate Sourcing

Industry-Specific Knowledge: Leverage a strong understanding of sector-specific requirements across technology, banking and financial services, government, utilities, commercial, and health and communities, public goods, and governmental services such as the military, law enforcement, infrastructure, public transit, public education, Dep. Of homeland security, Coast Guard, Forest Service, Orange County, Correction & Rehabilitation Dept., Immigration Welfare Centre, Services, along with health care and those working for the government itself, such as elected officials.

Sourcing Methods: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions to find suitable candidates.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain connections with potential candidates and professional organizations.

Recruitment Experience: Demonstrate proven experience in recruiting, with a preference for backgrounds in public sector or government-related roles.

Application Management

End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting and resume screening to conducting initial interviews and coordinate

Candidate Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance and Reporting

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices align with relevant public sector regulations and policies.

Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports as needed.
