Responsibilities:

- Lead product planning and execution through all phases of the product life cycle.

- Define product vision, long-term strategy, and success metrics.

- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and prioritize features accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: design, engineering, growth, and analytics.

- Deep dive into user problems and solve them with data-driven solutions.

- Balance business goals with technical feasibility.

- Influence product design and architecture discussions with tech teams.

- Build products that create real-world impact.

Requirements:

- 1-4 years of strong product management experience (early-stage or growth-stage startups preferred).

- Demonstrated leadership and ownership mindset.

- Experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Passion for solving real user problems with data-backed decisions.

- Strong business acumen - you think like a founder.

- Excellent communication, collaboration & stakeholder management skills.

- (Bonus) Experience in healthcare, fintech, crowdfunding, or impact sectors.
