Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team. This role involves reviewing campaign documentation, verifying information with hospitals, and ensuring all campaigns align with Ketto’s compliance and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Review:
  
• Verify KYC documents submitted by campaigners to ensure authenticity and adherence to regulatory norms.
  
• Review medical documents to validate the legitimacy of claims.
  
• Hospital Verification:
  
• Contact hospitals to confirm patient details, treatment plans, and billing information.
  
• Ensure transparency and authenticity of medical campaigns.
  
• Compliance Checks:
  
• Ensure all campaigns meet Ketto’s compliance standards before going live.
  
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or suspicious activity for investigation.
  
• Reporting:
  
• Maintain accurate records of all document reviews and verifications.
  
• Prepare and present compliance reports to the management team regularly.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field.
  
• 1–2 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or verification role preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
