Qualification:
1. 2+ Years Teaching Experience and Graduate in any Subject / B.Ed will be preferred
2. Candidate in Wagholi, Pune or near by area shall be considered for the Position

Job Summary :
1. Candidate should have 2 Years of hands on teaching/training experience.
2. Good communication, interpersonal presentation skills.
3. Should be keen to learn new and different things, takes initiative and must be assertive go-getter.
4. Be polite, humble, friendly, have positive attitude
5. Good Command over English and Local Language
6. Think creatively and develop new concepts to develop the interest of student for developing specific skills
7. Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
8. Up to date with new trends in Kids education
9. Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
10. Proficient in Vedic Maths, Abacus Regular Maths (kids) and educate Kids with great passion to develop interest.
11. Proficient in various maths teaching techniques
12. Good in Rubik s Cube solving technique to impart to student

Responsibility :
1. Provides Career Counseling and mentor the students
2. Developing training programs according to requirements
3. Observe and evaluate results of training programs
4. Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
5. Manage and creates learning environment and helped students/kids to develop maturity.
6. Train students/kids on Vedic maths techniques, Abacus Other Maths problems using props.
7. Train on solving Rubik s Cube 3 3, 4 4 5 5.
8. Work in an agile environment with the defined sprints to deliver the assigned work in the stipulated timelines
9. Adhere to best practices and participate in the refinement of those practices and standards to improve quality, effectiveness and productivity
