Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience to join our dynamic and innovative team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Golang programming language and possess a comprehensive understanding of both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership : Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and expertise in designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality software solutions based on business requirements.

Technology Proficiency : Demonstrate a strong command of Golang programming language, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases, with a focus on MongoDB.

Architectural Design : Capable of formulating and implementing technical designs, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.

Caching and Event-Driven Systems : Possess expertise in designing and implementing caching mechanisms, as well as building event-driven systems using message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Agile Methodology : Work seamlessly within an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Communication Skills : Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to lead and train developers effectively, taking ownership of the repository and ensuring timely communication of any delays or obstacles to stakeholders.

Estimation and Planning : Demonstrate proficiency in estimating project timelines and resource requirements, providing accurate and transparent information to stakeholders.

Skills & Expertise :

- Relevant experience of 7-10 years of experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in Golang programming language.

- Extensive knowledge of both RDBMS and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

- Experience with caching mechanisms and event-driven systems using Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to mentor and train team members.
