[Job Responsibilities]
> Employee life cycle from appointment to exit
> Recruitment for vacant positions
> Maintaining Employee HR Master data and submission on weekly basis.
> Background verification for new employees with Third Party co-ordination and timely
completion of task
> Employee confirmation, extension, etc.
> Statutory compliances such as Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation, Labour Welfare Fund and other Government department and payment of dues as per schedule due dates.
> Timely renewal of insurance policy for Assets, Stock, Marine, Medical and Personal Accidental
> Timely Addition or deletion of employees joined or left.
> Review of attendance sheet and leave application for staff on daily basis.
> Co-ordination with Insurance company for claim form and documents submission and process
of claim.
[Working Condition]
> 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (1 Hour break for Lunch and Tea)
> Location : 6th Floor, Tower One, Vatika Business Park, Sohna Road, Sector 49, Gurugram 122018, Haryana
[Mandatory Qualification]
> Bachelor's degree
> Good command on Excel, Word , Liaison with vendors
> Good Communication
> Knowledge of statutory compliances to handle smooth functioning of Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation, Labour Welfare Fund.
> English
[Compensation]
> Medical Insurance (including OPD), telecom reimbursement, paid leaves, Diwali bonus, etc.
