Role Overview:

KPMG India is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale healthcare IT initiatives across Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management, digital health systems, and stakeholder coordination within government ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead statewide planning and execution of health-related IT projects.

- Coordinate with central, state, and district-level stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.

- Track project progress against timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks.

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.

- Manage vendors and external stakeholders effectively.

- Monitor KPIs and generate strategic reports for senior leadership.

Skills Required:

- Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

- Expertise in health informatics and digital health systems.

- Advanced analytical and reporting skills.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
