Role Overview:

KPMG India is seeking a dynamic Software Development Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of digital health solutions across Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and impactful systems in the public health domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full software development lifecycle for digital health platforms.

- Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and government stakeholders to align development with project goals.

- Provide technical direction and contribute to strategic planning and architecture.

- Maintain high coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and security.

- Ensure integration with national health platforms and compliance with government IT frameworks.

Skills Required:

- Strong programming and system architecture knowledge.

- Experience with health informatics platforms and APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
