Job Title: Regulatory Expert -PPP Projects

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Regulatory Expert with a strong legal background and experience in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. The candidate must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) and LLB, with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including contributions to five large PPP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on PPP project structuring and compliance
• Draft and review contracts, concession agreements, and regulatory documents
• Liaise with government bodies and stakeholders to ensure legal alignment
• Monitor legislative changes and implement compliance measures
• Support due diligence, audits, and risk assessments
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities
• Ensure corporate governance in all PPP engagements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Company Secretary (CS) and LLB both mandatory
• Minimum 7 years of experience in legal and regulatory roles
• Involvement in at least five large PPP projects
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure laws and procurement policies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with government agencies or infrastructure advisory firms
• Sector-specific regulatory knowledge (e.g., transport, energy)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
