Job Title: Contract Management Expert PPP & Infrastructure Projects

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Expert with a strong legal foundation and hands-on experience in long-term concession agreements within Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must hold an LLB degree and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including the formulation of at least three major concession contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage long-term concession agreements and related legal documents
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks governing PPP and infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and government stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Support negotiations and contract amendments as required
• Maintain a repository of contract templates, clauses, and legal precedents

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: LLB degree (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in contract management, with involvement in at least 3 long-term concession projects
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks related to PPPs and infrastructure development
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in infrastructure sectors such as transport, energy, or urban development
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and dispute resolution mechanisms
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently
