Experience: Minimum 6 years
Preferred Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 Institute

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Consultant with a strong background in Skill Development, particularly in the areas of accreditation, benchmarking, and NSQF alignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with government agencies, and a solid understanding of post-training assessment strategies and data-driven decision-making through dashboards and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support projects related to Skill Development Center accreditation and benchmarking
• Ensure alignment with National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) standards
• Design and implement post-training assessment strategies
• Collaborate with government departments and agencies for project execution
• Develop and manage dashboards and analytics to monitor project performance and outcomes
• Provide strategic inputs and technical expertise for policy and program design

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in skill development and related domains
• Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 Institute (preferred)
• Proven experience in working with government agencies
• Strong understanding of NSQF, accreditation frameworks, and assessment methodologies
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting tools

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with national and state-level skill development schemes
