Job Description :

As a Software QA Engineer at Kreeda Labs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our software applications.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using various automation tools.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our software testing processes and develop smart scripts and frameworks to enhance automation capabilities.

Additionally, you will analyze test results, maintain comprehensive documentation, and collaborate with development engineers to resolve issues.

Required Skills/Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 1-2 years of experience in manual testing of software applications, with exposure to automation.

- Proficiency in developing and executing manual test cases, test scripts, and defect reporting.

- Basic understanding of QA automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- ISTQB or similar certification in software testing is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Apply your experience, creativity, and enthusiasm to help us solve challenging problems.

- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure software quality and functionality.

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing.

- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium with Java, Cypress with JavaScript, Appium, and Rest API Automation, as needed.

- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and designers to understand software requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Ensure test suites are up to date with each release, and perform regression testing as needed.

- Engage in ongoing self-directed study of corporate QA standards and stay current with testing best practices.

Desired Skills/Experience :

- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Experience in backend testing, security testing, and related tools.

- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e., TestNG, Mocha) and version control systems (e., Git).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, etc.

- Experience with load and performance testing.

- Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.

- Experience in integrating test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
