Studio Coordinator/Helper

As a Studio Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the studio

department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of studio activities, including photo shoots, video

shoots, and other creative projects.

• Liaise with internal teams, including photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and

other professionals, to ensure proper coordination and collaboration.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary studio

equipment and supplies.

• Arrange and set up studio spaces for various projects, ensuring they are clean, organized,

and adequately equipped.

• Assist in the preparation and organization of materials, props, and jewelry products for

shoots and projects.

• Assist in counting the number of products received from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy

and maintaining proper documentation.

• Support the studio team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document

management, file organization and post-production handover activities.

• Liaise with the post-production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient transfer of

files.

• Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing any issues

or delays.

• Uphold and enforce studio policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a creative or

photography-related environment

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with photography and video production processes is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and

unforeseen circumstances.
