L&T Financial Services - Endpoint Management Specialist (7-9 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, manage, and continually enhance Endpoint Management policies, processes, and procedures.

- Evaluate, test, and implement new Endpoint Management technologies.

- Demonstrate exceptional leadership through technology-driven initiatives, while providing cross-training and mentoring to team members.

- Oversee the Windows endpoints patch management life cycle, including third-party software.

- Review and manage the services, application delivery, patching, and Anti-Virus solutions.

- Handle internal and external audits (including RBI, ISO 20000, ISO 27001), and address audit-related queries.

- Apply a clear understanding of unit, integration, and system testing within testing methodologies.

- Resolve incidents and problems within defined SLA thresholds, providing effective solutions or workarounds.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party support teams.

- Provide support to users on hardware and software applications.

- Maintain security infrastructure, including antivirus software, firewalls, and endpoint security.

- Manage Endpoint Vulnerability and ensure robust security compliance.

- Prepare and present MIS & dashboard reports for senior management.

- Oversee resource and performance management to ensure optimal productivity.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.

Preferred Skills :

Experience :

- 7-9 years of experience in Endpoint Management within the financial services sector.

- Extensive experience with Endpoint Patch Management, Security, and Compliance.

- Proficiency in Manage Engine Endpoint Central administration, packaging, and deployment.

- ITIL certification and several years specializing in Desktop and Infrastructure support.

- Strong experience in administering Mobile Device/Endpoint Management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
