L&T Finance - Risk Manager (4-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in the BFSI sector.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.

- Analyze and report on risk metrics, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address risk-related concerns.

- Utilize scorecards and models to evaluate risk profiles.

- Monitor and review market trends to provide insights and recommendations.

- Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and presentations.

- Lead and support initiatives to improve risk management practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in risk management within the BFSI sector.

- Strong product knowledge.

- Familiarity with scorecards and models is a plus.

- Team player with a proactive approach to initiatives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

- Experience in client and stakeholder management.
