Project Manager / Lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Tunneling, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Hydro/Dam/Tunnel projects.

Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage Hydro/Dam/Tunnel projects from inception to completion.
• Provide overall strategic direction and ensure project objectives are met within the specified timeframe and budget.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

Team Management:

• Build and lead a project team, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive working environment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project staff, ensuring their professional development.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and clients.
• Communicate project progress, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and develop strategies for mitigation.
• Implement risk management protocols to minimize project disruptions.

Contract Management:

• Oversee contract negotiations and administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams as needed.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality tunneling projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with specifications.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

• Uphold and enforce safety protocols and environmental standards on the project site.
• Implement HSE policies to create a safe working environment.
