Job Description
Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all financial transactions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
2) Audit Management: Lead and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
3) Tax Filings: Prepare and file all statutory tax returns, including Income Tax, GST, and other applicable taxes. Ensure timely payment of all taxes and compliance with tax laws and regulations. Liaise with tax authorities and manage any tax-related inquiries or disputes.
4) Payroll Services: Oversee the processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Manage employee benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions. Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
5) Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement. Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
6) Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Provide financial advice and guidance to clients as needed.
Minimum Requirement and Qualifications 3-4 years of work experience.
