Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by performing various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and
reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Conduct account analysis and resolve discrepancies.
Support tax filings and audits.
Maintain financial databases and documentation.
Collaborate with departments for financial data and insights.

1-2 years of accounting experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with relevant coursework or internships will be considered.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Experience with accounting
software (Tally) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
