Role Overview:
LeapUp EduTech is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to focus on selling our range of online courses. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, promoting our educational offerings, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, exceptional communication skills, and a proven sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Promotion and Sales:
Actively promote and sell LeapUp s courses to prospective students.

Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective students.
Conduct phone calls and zoom to discuss course offerings and answer questions.
Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their educational goals and interests.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales
activity.
Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Sales Reporting:

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or EduTech sector.
Strong understanding of online education and course offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
